FAVORITE RECIPES BY CHAPTER

Check out my reviews on my favorites from each chapter in the cookbook.  Hopefully this will entice you to purchase The Master Your Metabolism Cookbook by Jillian Michaels if you haven’t already.  It is full of healthy delicious recipes.  Most recipes were quick to make.  There is also plenty of helpful information on eating healthy and benefits of specific foods.

breakfast – pumpkin cranberry muffins

soups – barley soup with shiitake mushrooms and andouille

salads and sandwiches – tomato, avocado, and cheddar burrito

poultry and meat main dishes – roasted pork stuffed with artichoke, feta, and black olives

fish and shellfish main dishes – roasted salmon with pepita and cumin seed crust

vegetarian main dishes – spinach and red onion quiche

side dishes – russet potato salad with arugula and lemon

snacks – papaya and kiwi summer rolls

desserts – golden apple crisp

basics – hard-boiled eggs
